We strongly recommend that students authenticate their diploma in Taiwan before they leave; the procedure from another country will be longer and more complicated.
The authentication process in Taiwan only takes 3 working days.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Notarize your Diploma at Taipei District Court
Address: No.248, Sec. 1, Zhongxing Rd., Xindian Dist., New Taipei City 231, Taiwan (R.O.C.)
MRT Xindian District Office Exit 1 or 2.
Prepare the following documents before you go:
Normally, the waiting time will be from a few hours to 3 working days (priority processing can be requested if urgent)
Step 2: Go to the Bureau of Consular Affairs (BOCA)
Address: 3-5 Fl, No. 2-2, Section 1, Jinan Rd, Taipei City, Taiwan(R.O.C)
Prepare these required documents:
