Dear IMAS student,
Congratulations on successfully defending your thesis! This is a significant milestone, and we at the IMAS Office are thrilled to celebrate your achievement with you.
Next Steps:
- Revise Thesis:
Make the necessary revisions to your thesis based on your advisor’s feedback.
- Academic Quality Consent Form:
Once revisions are complete and approved by your advisor, have them sign the Academic Quality Consent Form.
- Submit Form & Receive Eligible Paper:
After the thesis defense, students must obtain their advisor’s signature on the Consent Form. Once signed, the form should be presented to the IMAS program officer, who will issue the eligible paper.
(The original must be handed to the Registration Section as part of the school leaving procedure.)
- Upload Thesis & Watermark:
Upload your revised thesis to the library to receive the required watermark.
- Print Copies:
Include the “eligible paper” in your thesis before sending it for printing. Print three copies: two for the library and one for the IMAS office. You may choose any cover color for the bound copies.
Important Notes:
- Watermark Issues: If you encounter any issues with the watermarking process, please contact the NCCU Library Knowledge Organization Section for assistance.
