2024 IMAS New Fulbright Students
The following are the 2024 IMAS new Fulbright students.
Christina Ellis
The United States Military Academy, West Point
Christina Ellis is a recent graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point where she pursued a Chinese language degree.
She is a recipient of the Fulbright scholarship and is excited to continue her education at National Cheng Chi University (NCCU) in the International Master’s Program in Asia-Pacific Studies program.
Christina spent her childhood living in Asia and her academic interests are mainly focused on global governance with a particular interest in US relations and policy in the Asia-Pacific and the US-Taiwan relationship.
Christina looks forward to forming new connections and engaging with the local community and her fellow classmates.
Catherine Tadlock
Davidson College (North Carolina)
Catherine Tadlock (泰秀立) is a 2024 honors graduate of Davidson College (North Carolina) with a dual degree in Environmental Studies and East Asian Studies.
Originally from suburbs of Washington, DC, she has also lived and studied in Taiwan. Catherine looks forward to being a part of the NCCU academic community and collaborating with an international cohort.
As a Fulbright student, she plans to use her IMAS education to strengthen cross-cultural and international relations by pursuing a career in diplomatic affairs.
