Revision on Transportation Reimbursement Standards for Thesis Proposal Review and Graduation Thesis Defense
Under the resolution of the 96th International Master’s Program in Asia-Pacific Studies Committee, effective from the second semester of the academic year 112, the transportation reimbursement standards for the program’s thesis proposal review and graduation thesis defense will be revised as follows (outside of Taipei and New Taipei City):
1. Internal committee members: No reimbursement is allowed.
2. External committee members, subject to approval from the program director and
verification of actual expenses, are eligible for a maximum reimbursement of NTD
3,000 for total transportation expenses incurred during the defense.
