Gown Rental & Return

1. When & Where:

• Rent: January to July, before graduation. Pick up at the Lohas Shop 2nd Floor Laundry Department.
• Return: By July 31st (inclusive). Return to the Lohas Shop 2nd Floor Laundry Department.

2. Costs & How to Rent:

• Rental Fees:
  • Bachelor's Gown: $150
  • Master's Gown: $350
  • Doctoral Gown: $800
• Deposits:
  • Bachelor's Gown: $850
  • Master's Gown: $2,650
  • Doctoral Gown: $6,200
• Bring your student ID and application form to the Lohas Shop 2nd Floor Laundry Department (open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM) to pay and get your gown on the spot.

3. Who Can Rent:

Gowns are mainly for this year's graduating students. One gown per person. Non-graduating students need approval from the Property Division (they'll stamp your form).

4. Returning Your Gown:

Get your gown back to the Laundry Department by July 31st (inclusive) to get your deposit back.

* If you can't make it and have a really good reason, let them know when you'll return it.
*If you don't say anything and return it late, you lose your deposit.
*If the gown is damaged or lost, you are required to pay for the damage or the lost item.
